Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with its tags)
• The item must be properly packaged for transport
• Personalized items or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return

Return Procedure

1. Contact us via the contact form, stating your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will provide you with the return address within 48 hours
3. Ship the item at your expense (we recommend tracked shipping)
4. Upon receipt and verification, we will proceed with the refund

Refund

The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Defective Item or Error

If you have received a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get another item, please process a return and place a new order.
