General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between TerraVelo (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website terravelo-2.myshopify.com (hereinafter "the Site").

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs illustrating the products do not constitute a contractual document.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). TerraVelo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

Delivery costs are free for purchases over €60. Below this amount, delivery costs are calculated and displayed when placing the order.

4. Order

The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart. The sale is concluded upon payment validation. TerraVelo reserves the right to cancel any order in case of supply problems or dubious payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or via the payment methods available on the Site. Transactions are secure. TerraVelo does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time is generally 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. In case of delay, TerraVelo cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or customs.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. The return of items is at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in their original condition.
